All items for sale in this webstore are of original period manufacture unless stated otherwise, and are in used, vintage condition. We examine everything carefully in order to provide accurate descriptions and highlight anything that could be regarded as an issue. If you are unsure about making a purchase on the strength of the information and photographs provided, we can supply additional images by email and have a telephone conversation if that would help. Our objective is to ensure you are pleased with your purchase from the day it arrives. In the event you are not happy, we offer a no-quibble money back guarantee, subject to the following:

1. If you wish to return an item, you should contact us by text, email or letter within 14 days of it being delivered. Once you receive an acknowledgement from us the item can then be returned. We will refund the purchase price, provided that the item is in the condition as sent, and has not been used, tampered with or damaged in any way. If we have not been notified within 14 days, it will be considered sold. Postage costs on returns are not refundable.

2. Any returned items paid for via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal.

Gold, silver and bronze descriptions

The terms 'gold', 'silver' or 'bronze' relates to appearance, or finish and does not imply precious metal content unless otherwise stated.

Availability of goods

Orders are accepted strictly by date and time received and items will be marked ‘reserved’ on the web page as quickly as possible. Please allow for the fact that this is not an automated system, therefore reserved items could appear to be still available for a short period.

Delivery charges

All orders are subject to a postage charge which is highlighted near to the item price. On occasion this may include a nominal sum to help towards packing materials and time.

Unless special delivery arrangements are necessary, orders are normally dispatched via Royal Mail UK, Signed For, 2nd Class, which we find to be a dependable service. Sales outside the UK will be calculated individually.

Payment

Payment is required within five working days of placing an order (unless by prior arrangement), by cheque, PayPal or bank transfer in British Pounds (££) Sterling.
